We are looking for a Telesales Executive to handle admissions for our specialized training programs in Film, Animation, AI, and Media.

Role DescriptionThe Telesales Executive will connect with prospective students and parents, understand their interests and career goals, explain our training programs, handle enquiries, follow up with leads, and convert qualified prospects into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls related to training admissions.
- Connect with students interested in Film, Animation, AI, Media, and Content Creation.
- Explain course curriculum, duration, fees, schedules, projects, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' interests, educational background, and career aspirations.
- Generate, qualify, and manage admission leads.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams.
- Support admission campaigns, workshops, seminars, and promotional activities.
- Achieve individual and team admission targets.

Skills & Qualifications




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong spoken English and Malayalam.
- Confident and persuasive communication skills.
- Genuine interest in Film, Animation, AI, Media, and Digital Content.
- Experience in telesales, educational counselling, admissions, telecalling, or inside sales is preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn can apply.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, CRM, and basic computer applications.
- Target-oriented, energetic, and self-motivated.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two; degree is an advantage.
