Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate Experience: Minimum 6 months in Telecalling, Tele Sales, Lead Generation, Academic Counselling or Customer Service Age: 18–32 Years Gender: Male & Female Language: Kannada & English – Fluent Requirements: Robust communication and convincing skills Good counselling and negotiation abilities Sales and target-oriented approach Experience in handling leads and customer interactions Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to prospective students Explain courses and career opportunities Counsel students and parents Generate, follow up and convert leads Update CRM records and achieve conversion targets Shift: Day Shift Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday–Saturday Weekly Off: Sunday Fixed Salary: ₹18,000–₹23,000 In-Hand Incentives: Performance-based Interested candidates can apply now.
