Telecaller – Real Estate SalesKey Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from leads/database.

- Understand customer requirements, budget, location preference, and property needs.

- Explain projects, configurations, pricing, offers, amenities, and payment plans.

- Generate and qualify leads through effective telephonic communication.

- Follow up regularly with prospective customers and nurture leads through the sales funnel.

- Schedule property/project site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and lead status.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead generation, and site-visit targets.

- Handle customer queries and provide timely information about projects.

- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and conversion.

- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure consistent follow-up.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.

- Solid follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.





- Customer-oriented and confident personality.

- Good negotiation and objection-handling skills.

- Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM and lead management.

- Target-driven and comfortable working in a sales environment.

- Ability to communicate in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi is an advantage.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate / HSC or equivalent.

- 1–4 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, telesales, or real estate sales preferred.

- Freshers with strong communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Daily outbound calls and connected calls.

- Qualified leads generated.

- Follow-ups completed.

- Site visits scheduled.

- Lead-to-site-visit conversion.

- Site-visit-to-booking conversion.

- Monthly sales/revenue contribution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
