Role Description The Telecom Engineer / Technician will work on-site in Madhya Pradesh, India, supporting the planning, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of telecom and network infrastructure for client projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include configuring and testing telecommunications systems, assisting with network design implementations, and ensuring reliable mobile and data connectivity in accordance with project specifications and industry standards. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues,



providing technical support to field teams and customers, and documenting configurations, test results, and maintenance activities.

The Telecom

Engineer / Technician will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and vendor partners to meet deployment timelines, support network optimization activities, and contribute to continuous improvement of service quality and safety practices.

Qualifications

- Strong proficiency in Telecommunications Systems and Voice over IP (VoIP) technologies, with practical experience in configuration and testing.
- Hands-on experience in Network Design and implementation for mobile, data, and converged networks.
- Solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills, including fault diagnosis, issue resolution, and escalation management.
- Knowledge of RF concepts, basic routing and switching, and telecom standards and protocols is highly beneficial.
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
- Ability to work safely on-site, including at telecom towers or field locations, and comply with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional and field teams.
- Willingness to travel within Madhya Pradesh and other regions as project requirements demand; prior telecom field experience is an advantage.
