Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling Executive role based in Kolkata.

The Telecalling

Executive will engage with existing and potential clients over the phone to share information about investment services, respond to inquiries, and schedule follow-up calls or meetings.

Responsibilities include maintaining call records, updating client information in internal systems, and following defined scripts and guidelines while ensuring courteous and professional communication. The role also involves coordinating with the sales and investment teams, gathering basic client requirements,



and providing feedback from calls to support business development activities. Consistent attendance, adherence to targets, and respect for company policies are expected.

Qualifications

- Solid verbal communication and listening skills, with clear and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic understanding of financial services or willingness to learn about investment products and terminology.
- Ability to follow scripts and processes while adapting communication style to different client profiles.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM or calling software, and maintaining accurate call logs.
- Strong time-management, organizational skills, and the ability to meet call and performance targets.
- Problem-solving attitude with a focus on providing helpful, respectful, and non-discriminatory service.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales support is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma; a higher educational qualification in business, commerce, or related fields is a plus.
