We are looking for candidates from Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh and Telangana who are willing to work from our Head Office in Nanakramguda, Telangana.

Languages We’re Hiring For
We are actively looking for candidates with strong communication skills in:
Telugu | Kannada | Tamil | Hindi | English
Candidates who are comfortable communicating in multiple languages will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain Kapil Power’s solar solutions.
Follow up with interested customers and move leads through the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team for site visits, quotations and further follow-ups.
Maintain accurate customer and lead information in the CRM.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead follow-up targets.
Build a positive customer experience through clear and professional communication.
Who Can Apply?
Freshers with positive communication skills are welcome.
Candidates with up to 3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, lead generation or related roles can apply.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working from the office and communicating with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems will be an advantage.
