​Key Responsibilities

​Customer Communication: Handle inbound and outbound calls, share service details, collect necessary information, and maintain courteous, qualified interactions.

​Data Management: Accurately enter and update candidate/customer records in company systems, verify details, and generate basic reports.

​Process Adherence: Follow structured call guidelines,



document session outcomes, and coordinate with internal teams to meet daily targets.

​Compliance & Quality: Maintain strict confidentiality of records and adhere to company policies and quality standards.

​Qualifications & Requirements

​Education: High School, Diploma, ITI, Any Degree, or equivalent.

​Languages: Strong spoken and written skills in Tamil & English (knowledge of additional local languages is an advantage).

​Skills: Good organizational abilities, high attention to detail, and the capacity to handle call volumes while updating records accurately.

​Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or data entry is preferred, but freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.

​Work Mode: Ability to work on-site in Sholinghur on a regular full time schedule.
