We are hiring for the position of Telecaller for our team.

Location: Gurugram, Sector 65

Experience: 1–2 Years ( Freshers can Apply but must have good communication )

Role: Telecalling The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, lead generation, regular follow-ups, explaining real estate projects, understanding customer requirements, and scheduling site visits.

Requirements:

- 1–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Inside Sales, or Real Estate
- Good English communication skills (Verbal & Written)
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound & outbound calls with potential customers
- Generate and follow up on leads
- Understand customer requirements and property preferences
- Explain project details, pricing & offers
- Maintain lead/customer records and achieve calling & business targets
