Role Overview

We are hiring Telecallers to handle both inbound and outbound calls in Telugu and English. The role involves regular calling activities, candidate and employer coordination, follow-ups, and accurate data entry into CRM and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

● Make outbound calls to candidates, employers, and other stakeholders in Telugu and English.

● Handle inbound queries and route them to the appropriate teams.

● Maintain daily call logs and accurately update call statuses in the CRM/internal systems.

● Follow the calling scripts and workflows provided by the Team Lead.

● Meet daily and weekly calling targets.

● Coordinate with the Program, Recruitment, and Field teams for follow-ups and updates.

● Maintain accurate records of candidate and employer interactions.

● Ensure timely follow-up on assigned calls and tasks.

Required Skills

● Fluency in spoken Telugu and English.

● Basic computer knowledge, including typing, web browsing, MS Office, and data entry.





● Robust interest in telecalling and candidate-facing communication.

● Clear and professional communication skills.

● Good listening skills, patience, and a positive attitude.

● Ability to follow defined processes, scripts, and workflows.

● Ability to work effectively with daily calling targets.

Eligibility

● Experience: 0–1 years; freshers are welcome to apply.

● Education: Intermediate or Any Graduate

● Comfortable working from the office, 5 days a week.

● Candidates should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls.
