Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Qualification & Verification: Promptly connect with new social media leads to confirm contact details, area of interest, preferred location/center, and background information.
- Lead Handling & Follow-ups: Maintain a rapid response time for incoming inquiries and perform structured follow-ups for unreached or busy contacts.
- Database & CRM Management: Update lead statuses, call notes, and verified data accurately in the CRM or Excel tracking sheet in real time.
- Quality Filtering:



Identify and filter out invalid, duplicate, or non-serious leads to maintain high pipeline quality.
- Coordination: Forward validated, high-intent leads to the respective center heads or sales representatives for immediate closure or site visits.

Candidate Requirements:

- Experience: 1–3 years in outbound calling, telemarketing, or lead qualification.
- Language Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi (additional regional languages are a plus).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with basic CRM software, MS Excel, or Google Sheets.
- Key Traits: Active listener, persuasive speaker, organized, and target-driven.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
