Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to clients, business partners, and registered prospects.
- Clearly communicate campaign briefs, product details, or service information in Gujarati.
- Handle customer queries with a skilled, polite, and solution-oriented approach.
- Maintain accurate records of call dispositions, follow-ups, and lead status in the CRM/tracker.
- Coordinate with internal team leads for daily call targets and reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
- Gujarati: Fluent (must be comfortable conversing fluently over calls).
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
