Job Title: Telecaller Associate Trainer

Location: Jhalda, Purulia, West Bengal

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Telecaller Associate Trainer to train and mentor candidates in telecalling, customer communication, and basic sales/customer service skills. The candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions, developing communication skills, and preparing candidates for employment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training sessions for Telecaller/Customer Care Associate candidates.
- Train candidates on effective telecalling and customer communication techniques.
- Develop candidates' verbal and written communication skills.
- Provide practical guidance on handling customer queries and calls.
- Train candidates on professional telephone etiquette and workplace behaviour.
- Conduct mock calls, role plays, and practical activities.
- Monitor candidate performance and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain attendance, training records, and assessment reports.




- Support candidates in developing interview and job-readiness skills.

Key Requirements:
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi and/or Bengali.
- Graduate/Diploma or relevant qualification.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, training, or coaching will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to motivate, guide, and mentor candidates.
- Freshers with good communication and teaching skills may also be considered.
