Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and promote company products/services

- Explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits clearly to prospective clients over the phone

- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, referrals, and walk-ins

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales/calling targets as set by the reporting manager

- Maintain and update customer database (CRM) with accurate call details, feedback, and follow-up status

- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally to convert leads into sales

- Coordinate with the marketing team to align tele-calling campaigns with ongoing promotions

- Send follow-up emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages to prospects after calls, as required

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers for repeat business/referrals

- Prepare daily/weekly call reports and sales performance reports for management review

- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings

- Ensure adherence to company policies, call scripts, and quality/compliance standards during calls

Preferred candidate profile





- Graduate/Undergraduate in any discipline (Freshers can also apply)

- 02 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service (experience in BFSI/EdTech/Real Estate/Retail preferred, if applicable)

- Excellent verbal communication skills with a pleasant and confident telephone manner

- Good command over [Hindi/English/regional language(s)] as per business requirement

- Strong convincing and negotiation skills

- Target-driven with a positive, can-do attitude

- Ability to handle rejection and stay resilient under pressure

- Basic computer skills — familiarity with MS Excel, Word, and CRM/calling software

- Good listening skills with attention to detail

- Willingness to work in a quick-paced, target-oriented environment

- Prior experience in outbound calling/cold calling will be an added advantage
