Telecaller / Telesales Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and motivated Telecaller / Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential clients, explaining our services, following up with leads, and helping the sales team generate new business.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
- Explain company services and understand client requirements.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with interested clients through calls and WhatsApp.
- Schedule meetings and demos with potential clients.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up records in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare and share basic proposals and quotations when required.
- Coordinate with the sales and development team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
- Maintain positive communication and professional relationships with clients.
