Havisha Hospital, Coimbatore is looking for an experienced and motivated Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling patient enquiries, following up with leads, explaining hospital services, and converting enquiries into appointments.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from patients and leads.
- Follow up with leads generated through Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, and other marketing channels.
- Understand patient requirements and provide relevant information about hospital services.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with interested and pending leads.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, appointments, and lead status.
- Coordinate with the hospital and patient coordination teams.
- Send relevant information and appointment details through WhatsApp.
- Follow up with patients who have missed or postponed appointments.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.
- Prepare and submit daily telecalling reports.




- Maintain professional and empathetic communication with patients.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in a hospital, clinic, healthcare, or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.
- Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
- Patient-friendly and professional attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience handling leads through CRM/WhatsApp will be an advantage.
- Ability to work towards targets and manage multiple follow-ups.
