Telecaller Head – Microsmiles Dental Care

Role: Telecaller Head

Location: Chennai

Experience: 5 to 10 years in telecalling/team handling, preferably healthcare.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the telecalling team.
- Allocate daily calling and follow-up tasks.
- Monitor calls, appointments, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure proper patient communication and appointment confirmation.
- Handle escalated patient queries and support the team.
- Track daily/monthly team performance and share reports.
- Train and guide telecallers team on communication and call handling.
- Coordinate with front office and clinic teams regarding appointments.

Skills Required:

- Excellent English communication.
- Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Target-oriented and patient-friendly approach.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
- Healthcare/dental experience is an added advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
