Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communication-savvy Telecaller / Junior Counsellor to support the school admissions team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective parents, handling admission enquiries, explaining school offerings, scheduling campus visits, and supporting the admission conversion process.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Telecalling

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents from assigned leads.
- Respond to incoming admission enquiries through phone and other communication channels.
- Understand parents’ requirements and provide relevant information about the school.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective parents as per the lead management SOP.

1. Parent Counselling & Campus Visits

- Explain school facilities, academics, activities, fee structure, and admission procedures.
- Address basic parent queries professionally and escalate complex queries to the Senior Counsellor.
- Schedule and coordinate school visits and campus tours.
- Ensure a positive parent experience throughout the enquiry process.

1. Admission Support & Conversion

- Assist Senior Counsellors in counselling and admission follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, calls, visits, registrations, and admissions.
- Follow up on pending registrations, entrance tests, results, and admission formalities.
- Support the team in achieving school admission targets.

1. Data Management & Reporting





- Update daily calling and lead status in ERP, CRM, or Google Sheets.
- Record call outcomes, parent requirements, next follow-up dates, and conversion status.
- Submit daily activity reports to the reporting manager.
- Ensure no lead is left unattended and all follow-ups are completed on time.

1. Team Coordination

- Coordinate with Senior Counsellors, PROs, Front Office, and school departments.
- Participate in admission campaigns, parent engagement activities, and school events.
- Follow school admission policies, communication standards, and reporting processes.

Required Skills & Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Polite, confident, and professional approach toward parents.
- Basic counselling and convincing skills.
- Good listening and objection-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, ERP, or CRM.
- Strong follow-up discipline and time management.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in telecalling, education counselling, sales, or customer service will be an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Daily outbound and connected calls.
- Lead response time and follow-up completion.
- Parent interactions and qualified leads generated.
- School visits scheduled and completed.
- Registrations and admissions supported.
- Accuracy and timely updating of CRM/ERP data.
- Parent satisfaction and adherence to admission SOPs.

Working Hours As per school admission department schedule, generally 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, or as assigned by management.

Salary

As per candidate’s experience, skills, and organizational salary structure.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
