We are hiring a Telecaller for our client's team in Lokhandwala, Mumbai. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone — sharing the latest jewellery collections, offers, and event details, and helping generate showroom visits. This is a great opportunity for someone with confident communication skills who enjoys connecting with people and representing a premium brand.

Key Responsibilities

Call existing and prospective customers to share information about new jewellery collections, ongoing offers,



and upcoming events

Generate interest and encourage showroom visits through effective phone conversations

Maintain accurate records of calls, customer responses, and follow-ups using Excel/CRM

Handle customer queries professionally and escalate where needed

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers on behalf of the brand

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or a similar customer-facing voice role

Good communication skills in Hindi and English

Confident, explicit speaking ability with a pleasant phone manner

Basic proficiency in Excel/CRM tools

Experience in jewellery or premium/luxury retail is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
