The candidate will be responsible for making calls, following up with leads and customers, providing basic information, understanding customer requirements, maintaining call records, and coordinating with the internal team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to leads and customers
- Follow up with leads and enquiries
- Provide information about services and offers
- Understand customer requirements
- Maintain accurate call and customer records
- Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly targets
