Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding vehicle service, maintenance, and service reminders.
- Contact customers for scheduled service appointments and confirm bookings.
- Follow up with customers after vehicle service to collect feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Inform customers about periodic maintenance, service campaigns, and other service-related offers.
- Handle incoming customer calls and respond to basic service-related queries.
- Coordinate with the Service Advisor and workshop team regarding customer appointments.
- Maintain accurate customer call records and update customer information in the system.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
