Job Summary

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team at our Uppal, Hyderabad office. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.

The selected candidate will communicate with customers, make outbound calls, explain company services, follow up with leads, and maintain customer records.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services clearly to customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain records of calls and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead follow-ups.
- Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.




- Maintain positive relationships with customers.

Requirements
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident and professional communication style.
- Telecalling, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
