Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and energetic Tele Caller & Social Media Content Creator with at least 6 months of experience in telecalling/customer interaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and be comfortable appearing in reels, creating short-form videos, and presenting content confidently in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to customers/leads and explain products or services.
- Handle customer queries and maintain positive communication.
- Follow up with leads and maintain proper call records.
- Generate interest and support lead conversion through calls.
- Create and appear in Instagram/YouTube/Facebook reels and short videos.
- Present content confidently in front of the camera in an engaging manner.




- Participate in promotional and marketing videos.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for content ideas and campaigns.
- Stay updated with current social media trends and reel formats.

Required Skills

- Minimum 6 months of experience in Tele Calling / Customer Support / Sales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confident and comfortable speaking on camera.
- Interest in Instagram Reels, short videos, and social media content creation.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, creative, and audience-friendly personality.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
