We are seeking a motivated and skilled Telecaller to join our clinic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing patients, providing information about our services, scheduling appointments, and assisting with inquiries. The role demands excellent communication skills, a friendly attitude, and the ability to build rapport with patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective and existing patients.
- Provide information about clinic services, pricing, and appointment availability.
- Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar.
- Address patient queries, ensuring clear and accurate information.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic's database.
- Assist in promoting clinic services through calls and email communications.
- Handle patient concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Meet daily and weekly call goals as set by the clinic management.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare services or willingness to learn about clinic procedures is a plus.
