Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining solar products and services, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain solar panel systems, solar solutions, pricing, financing options, and benefits.
- Respond to customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
- Generate and qualify leads based on customer requirements and location.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales or technical team.
- Follow up regularly with leads and potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer details, and lead status in the CRM or spreadsheet.
- Coordinate with the sales and installation teams.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Collect customer feedback and maintain a positive customer relationship.
- Stay updated on the company’s solar products, schemes,



and services.

Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive command of [English/Hindi/Gujarati].
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, CRM tools, and WhatsApp.
- Persuasive, polite, and customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle repeated calls and follow-ups.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
- Previous experience in telesales, telecalling, real estate, banking, insurance, or solar industry is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
