Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and target-oriented Telecaller / Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer enquiries, follow-ups, lead conversions, and customer relationships for our counselling, wellness, and training services.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls and respond to counselling, wellness, and training programme enquiries.
- Follow up with prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide accurate information.
- Convert qualified leads into bookings, registrations, or admissions through effective communication.
- Maintain and update customer details, lead status, and follow-up activities in the CRM.
- Prepare daily call reports and coordinate with the counselling and marketing teams.
- Achieve assigned calling, follow-up, and conversion targets while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling,



Telesales, Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent in Malayalam and English – mandatory.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Experience in lead follow-up and conversion with a target-oriented approach.
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems, data management, and daily reporting.
- Confident, energetic, organized, and proactive with a strong follow-up mindset.
