Roles and responsibilities

- Make outbound calls from assigned lists; meet daily dial and talk-time targets
- Pitch per the script, answer basic objections, and log every outcome in the CRM/dialer
- Set appointments or transfer qualified leads to the field/sales team
- Handle inbound queries politely and route correctly
- Follow up as scheduled; never let a promised callback lapse
- Adhere to calling norms: hours, DND, language, and consent rules
- Share daily call summaries and flag list-quality issues to the supervisor

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
