Telecaller – Javed Habeb Unisex Salon

Javed Habeb Unisex Salon is looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide information about salon services.
- Call customers to promote offers, packages, and services.
- Follow up with customers and encourage appointment bookings.
- Confirm and coordinate customer appointments.
- Maintain customer call records and follow-up details.
- Provide excellent customer service and build valuable relationships with clients.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and appointment targets.

Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Good communication in English and Malayalam; Hindi is an advantage.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales,



or a salon/spa is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
