Arabgraph Trading LLC is a trusted provider of high-quality printing solutions, laser toners, inks, copiers, and IT/computer supplies across the GCC region. Our modern workspace is located at the premium corporate hub of Calicut—HiLite Business Park. We are expanding our inside sales team and seeking dynamic, target-driven Telecallers to drive our sales growth.

/ Core Responsibilities:

- Outbound Sales Calling: Connect with prospective corporate clients and retail businesses via outbound calls to introduce our range of printing and IT products.
- Lead Conversion: Present tailored printing solutions, handle client inquiries, negotiate pricing, and close sales over the phone.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily call metrics and monthly sales targets to unlock lucrative performance bonuses.
- Relationship Management: Maintain clean records of customer interactions,



handle follow-ups, and build robust long-term client relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Effectively explain the features, pricing, and cost-saving benefits of our cartridge and computer supply portfolios to clients
- Coordination: Work closely with the outdoor sales team and accounts department to manage orders and delivery updates smoothly

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline is mandatory.
- Language: Fluency in English is must. Clear verbal and written English communication is required. Proficiency in Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is an added advantage.
- Experience: Prior experience in Telesales, Telecalling, or Inside Sales is preferred. (Candidates with experience in IT hardware, office supplies, or international trading will be given priority).
- Skills: Strong negotiation capabilities, persuasive phone etiquette, active listening, and a self-motivated approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
