Nikah Sufiyana is a Muslim matrimonial platform helping individuals and families find suitable marriage proposals through a safe, respectful and family-oriented matchmaking process.

We are looking for a Telecaller / Matrimonial Relationship Executive who can speak confidently with prospective members and their families, understand their marriage requirements, explain our services and convert genuine enquiries into registrations and memberships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective members and enquiries.
- Speak with individuals and family members regarding their matrimonial requirements.
- Understand preferences such as age, education, profession, location, family background and other suitable-match criteria.
- Explain the Nikah Sufiyana registration, profile verification and matchmaking process.
- Follow up with interested prospects through phone calls and WhatsApp.
- Encourage suitable prospects to complete their profile and registration.
- Explain premium matchmaking services and membership options.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups and conversions.
- Coordinate with the matchmaking/relationship management team.




- Handle questions and objections professionally and respectfully.
- Build trust with prospects rather than using aggressive sales techniques.
- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, registrations and conversions.

Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is:
- Confident and comfortable speaking over the phone.
- Polite, patient and respectful while speaking with families.
- Valuable at understanding people's requirements.
- Persuasive without being pushy.
- Comfortable speaking Hindi and English.
- Comfortable communicating through WhatsApp.
- Interested in sales, customer relationships and matchmaking services.
- Able to handle repeated follow-ups professionally.

Preferred Skills
- Telecalling / Telesales experience is preferred.
- Matrimonial, insurance, education, real estate or customer-service experience is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is required.

Pay: ₹8,664.25 - ₹31,314.36 per month
