Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tekla Structures Detailer / Steel Detailer / Shop Editor located in Nashik. The role involves creating, modifying, and reviewing detailed 3D models and shop drawings for steel structures using Tekla Structures, ensuring compliance with project specifications and international detailing standards. The detailer will interpret architectural and structural drawings, coordinate with engineers and project managers, and prepare fabrication and erection drawings,



including material lists and reports.

Day-to-day responsibilities include checking and editing drawings for accuracy, resolving design and detailing issues, and responding to design changes and client requests in a timely manner. The role also requires close collaboration with the production and quality teams to support effective fabrication, installation, and overall project delivery.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong expertise in Steel Detailing and Steel Structures.
- Candidates should possess skills in preparing and reviewing Shop Drawings.
- Candidates should possess the ability to interpret Architectural Drawings.
- Candidates should possess relevant knowledge in Rebar detailing where applicable.
- Proficiency in Tekla Structures or similar 3D steel detailing software.
- Solid understanding of international steel detailing standards (e.g., AISC, NISD, CISC, OSHA, EU, BIS).
- Strong technical drafting skills, attention to detail, and accuracy in dimensioning and notation.
- Ability to read and interpret structural and fabrication drawings and specifications.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Diploma or degree in Civil, Structural, or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in a steel detailing or fabrication environment will be an advantage.
