About the Role

ATF Labs is looking for a smart, analytical, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Trainee Techno-Functional Analyst. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or MBA candidates who have a solid aptitude for mathematics, logical reasoning, business analysis, and technology.

The selected candidate will be trained to understand business processes, financial concepts, and technology solutions while working closely with management and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and understand business processes and operational workflows.
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Support management with research, analysis, and reporting activities.
- Analyze business and financial data to identify trends and insights.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Support testing, user training, and process improvement initiatives.
- Learn functional aspects of business applications and technology platforms.
