2. Layout understanding of paint shop
3. Paint material knowledge on PTED , Topcoat painting process , Selaer & UBC.
4. Project execution in Brown field & equipment reconditioning .
5. Paint defect identifcation & trouble shooting
6. QA network knowledge in paint shop process .
7. Chemical parameters understading & its purpose [PTED].
8. Good knowledge in equipment working princle [AHU , Oven , Electrodeposition , Paint circulation system]
9. Project executed in Co2 reduction .

10 . Valuable knowledge in PLC program , Control panel drawing study.
1. Hands on experience in vehcile project [Vehcile drawing study , DFT setting , Panel preparation ]
2.



Robot teaching & expertise in Robot operation

Management Job
1. knowledge & Experience about Quality systems such as 7 QC tools, ISO, etc.,
2. Effective Communication and Documentation skill to work with Cross function teams.
3. Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, PPE usage, and interlock systems.

4.Identify and mitigate unsafe conditions and unsafe acts. 5.Support safety audits, risk assessments, and statutory compliance.
