About the Role

Gradious Technologies is looking for a passionate and technically strong Technical Trainer to deliver industry-oriented training in Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), Problem Solving, and Full Stack Development. Candidates who are not currently familiar with Generative AI but are willing to upskill quickly are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct technical training sessions on DSA, Problem Solving, Full Stack Development, and basic Generative AI concepts.
- Develop students' logical thinking, coding, problem-solving, and algorithmic skills through hands-on practice.
- Explain complex concepts using live coding, practical examples, debugging, and real-world projects.
- Design and conduct coding challenges, assessments, mock interviews,



and technical discussions.
- Create and continuously improve training content, coding problems, projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor students and provide constructive feedback to improve their technical skills.
- Stay updated with Generative AI, AI-assisted development, LLM technologies, and modern full-stack technologies.
- Collaborate with the technical and training teams to improve learning outcomes.

Requirements

- 3–6 years of experience in software development, technical training, or a combination of both.
- Strong programming fundamentals in C, C++, Java, or Python.
- Strong command of Data Structures & Algorithms and problem-solving techniques.
- Hands-on expertise in Full Stack Development and modern web technologies.
- Ability to live code, debug, and clearly explain technical concepts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and developing future software engineers.
- Willingness to learn and quickly adopt Generative AI and AI-assisted development technologies.

Positive to Have

- Active coding profile on LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank, or Codeforces.
- Experience conducting technical interviews, coding assessments, or placement training.
- Strong GitHub profile with practical software development projects.
- Prior experience training college students or engineering graduates.
