Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Trainer (Python) role based in Madurai.

The Technical

Trainer will design and deliver Python programming curricula for students preparing for technology careers, including live classroom sessions, hands-on labs, and project-based learning.

Responsibilities include planning training schedules, creating or refining training materials, and assessing learner performance through tests, assignments, and feedback. The role involves mentoring students on coding best practices, problem-solving techniques, and interview preparation,



while adapting teaching methods to different learning styles.

The Technical

Trainer will collaborate with the training and content teams to keep course content aligned with current industry standards and placement requirements.

Qualifications

- Strong background in Technical Training and Training & Development, with experience designing and delivering instructor-led programs.
- Hands-on expertise in Python programming, data structures, algorithms, and debugging, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated skills in Communication and Training, including engaging presentation, classroom management, and learner facilitation.
- Experience working as or with Technical Trainers in academic or corporate environments, preferably in tech or IT training.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant certifications in Python or training are an advantage.
- Ability to create practical examples, coding exercises, and assessments tailored to placement-focused learning outcomes.
- Comfort working on-site in Madurai, with flexibility to handle multiple batches and varying learner levels.
- Solid organizational skills, reliability, and a learner-centric approach to teaching and mentoring.
