We are planning a Walk-in Drive for the role of Technical Support and are looking for enthusiastic immediate joiners who are interested in working in a dynamic and rapid-paced support environment.

Role: Technical Support Executive

*freshers can apply if found quick leaner and excellent communication with SQL understanding

Key Responsibilities

-deliver the KPI metricss

-handle volumes by email and call

-provide end to end solution for every case

-research or analyse the issues to find root causes and fix them immediately

Mandatory Expectations

Hybrid work model Candidates should be local to Hyderabad or willing to relocate

Fixed night shift Shift timings may be 6 PM / 9 PM

Must be willing to work on India and US holidays

Rotational weekly off





Experience in writing or customizing SQL queries

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment (90%+ occupancy)

Expected CTC aligned with the budget

Ready for a 1-year commitment clause

Strong communication, coordination, and client relationship skills
