Technical Skills & Responsibilities:

- Experience in Windows patching, server maintenance, and migration support.

- Hands-on experience with Windows Client and Windows Server environments.

- Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and password reset activities.

- Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (M365/O365) administration and troubleshooting.

- Familiarity with networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.

- Robust troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and system-related issues.

- Experience in ticket handling and incident management.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Education & Experience:

- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience Windows Patching

- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.

Working Conditions:

- Work Schedule: Afternoon Shift

- Work Routine: 5-day working week
