We are hiring a skilled and customer-focused Technical Support Engineer for our Rajkot office in Gujarat. This is a full-time, on-site role suitable for candidates currently residing in Rajkot or nearby locations in Gujarat. A candidate should be able to provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the seamless operation of web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, good communication abilities, and a passion for resolving technical challenges efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or relevant teams when required
- Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and support processes
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices
- Deliver timely and professional support to ensure high customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree / Master`s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- At least 1 year of experience in technical or IT support
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS)
- Experience with troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Familiarity with ticketing tools and remote support software
- Valuable communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
