Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Technical Support Executive (Fresher) to join our team at SPARSH CCTV. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance, resolving issues related to CCTV systems, software applications, and ensuring smooth post-installation support. This role is perfect for fresh graduates eager to build a career in surveillance systems, technical support, and quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand CCTV system architecture, software applications, and client requirements
- Provide technical support for CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and related software
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues (remote/on-site if required)
- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and monitoring tools
- Diagnose and resolve network-related issues impacting surveillance systems
- Log, track, and resolve customer complaints using ticketing systems
- Collaborate with internal teams (development, hardware, field engineers) for issue resolution
- Perform system health checks and ensure optimal performance




- Assist in testing firmware/software updates before deployment
- Maintain documentation of issues, resolutions, and support reports

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of networking concepts (IP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, IP cameras, DVR/NVR (basic level acceptable)
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies

Good to Have (Optional)

- Basic knowledge of video streaming protocols (RTSP, ONVIF)
- Familiarity with remote support tools
- Basic understanding of Linux/Windows systems
- Basic knowledge of SQL or logs analysis
- Understanding of mobile/web applications for surveillance

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
