Technical Recruitment Consultant — Sourcing & Delivery Support Location: Remote (Anywhere in India) Working hours: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM UK time (Monday to Friday) Reports to: Managing Director Type: Full-time Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience About the Role We are a specialist sales recruitment business operating across Construction, industrial, manufacturing, and technical sectors. We are looking for an experienced technical recruitment consultant to work directly alongside our Managing Director in a research, organisation, and delivery-focused capacity. This is not a sales role.

There is no cold calling, no business development targets, and no phone-based prospecting. The role exists to multiply the effectiveness of senior leadership by owning the preparatory, organisational, and follow-up work that sits behind successful recruitment delivery.

Key Responsibilities Candidate research and sourcing - Build targeted LinkedIn shortlists of candidates matched to live and planned assignments, structured for InMail outreach campaigns.

- Research talent pools within technical, engineering, and scientific disciplines, mapping relevant companies and candidate populations.
- Maintain accurate, well-organised longlists and shortlists ready for outreach. Response and pipeline management - Monitor and manage responses to InMail and email outreach, ensuring no reply goes unanswered or unactioned.
- Track incoming candidate and client responses across our systems, keeping records current and complete.
- Qualify and prioritise responses so the Managing Director's time is spent only on the conversations that matter most.



Daily planning and follow-up support - Prepare a clear daily action plan for the Managing Director: who needs to be called, when, and why.
- Track outstanding actions, chase follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks across concurrent assignments and commercial matters.
- Provide inbox awareness — flagging what is urgent, what needs a decision, and what can wait.

What This Role Is

Not - No cold calling or telephone-based candidate/client acquisition.

- No sales or billing targets.
- Not an administrative or data-entry position — this role requires genuine recruitment judgement and technical understanding.

Required Skills & Experience - Proven experience as a recruitment consultant or resourcer within technical, engineering, scientific, or manufacturing sectors.

- A science or engineering background (degree-level education or equivalent hands-on industry experience) enabling credible assessment of technical candidates.
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search techniques.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, deadlines, and follow-ups without prompting.
- Excellent written English for candidate communication and outreach management.
- Discretion and reliability — this role involves close visibility of senior-level commercial activity.
