Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for a Technical Recruiter (target-based, consultancy model) at CareerBloc.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage full-life cycle recruiting for technology and IT roles, including requirement intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients to understand technical skill requirements, building and maintaining talent pipelines through job boards, social media, and professional networks,



and conducting structured interviews to assess technical and cultural fit. The role involves meeting defined hiring targets, maintaining accurate candidate and requisition records, and providing regular updates and reports to stakeholders.

The Technical

Recruiter will also support process improvements in recruitment workflows and uphold a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Qualifications

- Strong full-life cycle recruiting and general recruiting skills, with experience managing end-to-end hiring processes.
- Proficiency in technical recruiting and hiring for IT and technology roles, including understanding of common tech stacks and job profiles.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates, clients, and internal teams.
- Experience working in a target-based consultancy or agency environment, with proven ability to meet hiring goals.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and qualified networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines remotely.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and positive candidate experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
