About the Role

AroundHI Solutions is looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our Hyderabad office.

We are looking for someone who understands technology recruitment, can confidently speak with candidates and clients, and is comfortable representing the company through LinkedIn, networking events, and relationship-building activities.

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting within areas such as Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, DevOps, Cloud and enterprise technology.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and enterprise application roles.

Source, screen and qualify candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and existing talent networks.

Recruit for skill sets including:

Salesforce

NetSuite / Oracle ERP

SAP

DevOps

AWS / Azure / GCP

Software Development and other enterprise technology roles

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, consultants and industry professionals.

Maintain an active professional presence on LinkedIn and continuously grow your network.

Engage with prospective clients, technology professionals and industry partners.

Attend relevant technology, HR, recruitment and business networking events on behalf of AroundHI.

Help develop B2B relationships that can lead to new hiring requirements and client opportunities.

Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment activity and follow-ups.

Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding and consultant placements.

Work closely with AroundHI’s North American and India teams on active client requirements.

Stay informed about hiring trends, compensation and talent availability across relevant technology markets.

Requirements

3–4+ years of technical recruitment experience.





Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology.

Experience recruiting within at least some of the following ecosystems: Salesforce, NetSuite, SAP, DevOps, Cloud or Software Engineering.

Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter/Search, job portals and candidate databases.

Strong verbal and written English communication skills.

Comfortable speaking with senior candidates, hiring managers and business professionals.

Robust relationship-building and networking ability.

Active and professional presence on LinkedIn.

Comfortable attending business and networking events.

Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.

Must be able to work in person from our Hyderabad office.

Canadian or U.S. recruitment

Contract staffing

C2C / contractor recruitment

ERP or CRM consulting ecosystem

Client relationship management

Business development or 360 recruitment

Building technology communities or professional networks

Who We Are Looking For

This is not a role for someone who only wants to receive a , search a database and submit resumes.

We want someone who enjoys recruiting, networking and building relationships.

You should be comfortable developing a strong talent network, being visible in the Hyderabad technology community, engaging people through LinkedIn and helping AroundHI build relationships with both candidates and companies.

Location requirement: This position is based in Hyderabad and requires regular in-office attendance.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
