Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud transformation, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

Responsibilities

- Own program roadmap, planning, and execution for GCP-based cloud, data engineering, analytics, and AI/ML initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, partnering with business and technology stakeholders to define cloud transformation strategies and execution plans.
- Lead large-scale Google Cloud Platform (GCP) implementations leveraging BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Vertex AI, and up-to-date data technologies.
- Manage multiple projects/programs, ensuring delivery excellence across timelines, quality, risk, and cost.
- Drive Agile delivery, governance, KPI tracking, executive reporting, and stakeholder communication.
- Collaborate with cloud architects, data engineers, and solution teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions.
- Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and escalations across cross-functional and distributed teams.
- Own client communication, executive reporting, and business value realization for delivered solutions.
- Support pre-sales, solutioning, effort estimation, proposal development, and client presentations.
- Mentor TPMs and project managers while fostering a high-performance, ownership-driven culture.





You Have

- 14-18 years of experience in cloud, data engineering, analytics, or platform delivery, with 6+ years in TPM/Program Management roles.
- Proven experience delivering large-scale GCP transformation, data platform, and analytics programs in consulting or client-facing environments.
- Strong understanding of GCP services including BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Cloud Composer, Pub/Sub, Cloud Storage, Vertex AI, and Looker.
- Experience with modern data technologies such as Spark, Databricks, Airflow, Kafka, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and global delivery teams.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders, program budgets, cloud cost optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Prior experience in pre-sales, solutioning, and cloud consulting engagements is highly preferred.
- GCP certifications (Professional Cloud Architect/Data Engineer) are preferred.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments.
