Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Chandigarh.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and corporate positions, including requirement gathering, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical assessments. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role specifications, maintaining talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The Technical

Recruiter will also manage offer negotiations, onboarding coordination, and maintain recruitment metrics and reports to support continuous improvement in hiring practices.

Qualifications





- Demonstrated skills in Recruiting and Technical Recruiting for various technical and non-technical roles.
- Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate with hiring managers and engage effectively with candidates.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring processes simultaneously and meet timelines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and skilled networking platforms.
- Understanding of current hiring trends in technology and wellness industries is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition professional, ideally within a technical or healthcare-focused organization.
