Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi for a Technical, R&D;, Lab, Admixture and RMC Executive in Construction Chemicals. The role involves overseeing laboratory testing of construction chemicals and ready-mix concrete (RMC), including sample preparation, routine analysis, and documentation of results. The executive will support research and development activities for admixtures and related products, assist in formulation improvements, and evaluate product performance against industry standards.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring quality control processes for RMC and chemical admixtures, identifying and troubleshooting technical issues at the lab and plant level, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory guidelines. The role also requires collaboration with production, sales,



and site teams to provide technical support, manage test reports, and help optimize mix designs and product applications.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret test results, assess product performance, and support data-driven decisions.
- Hands-on experience in Research and Development (R&D;) related to construction chemicals, admixtures, or cementitious materials.
- Proficient Laboratory Skills, including sample handling, use of testing instruments, and adherence to lab safety protocols.
- Knowledge of Quality Control procedures for RMC and construction chemicals, including standard test methods and documentation.
- Effective Troubleshooting abilities to diagnose and resolve technical issues in laboratory and plant operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with concrete technology, admixture chemistry, and relevant industry standards (e.g., IS, ASTM) is preferred.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and site personnel.
- Basic computer skills for managing test records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Prior experience in RMC plants or construction chemical companies will be an advantage.
