Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Recruiter role based in Bhopal.

The Technical

Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for various technical positions, including screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand role requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, maintaining candidate pipelines, scheduling and tracking interviews, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.



The role also involves collaborating with internal teams and freelance partners to forecast hiring needs, updating recruitment reports, and supporting employer branding initiatives.

The Technical

Recruiter will contribute to improving recruitment processes and adhering to organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Technical Recruiting.
- Experience in Recruiting and Hiring for a variety of technical roles.
- Excellent Communication skills for interacting with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Knowledge of IT roles and technologies (e.g., PHP, .NET, Angular, Android, iOS, Java) to assess candidate fit.
- Ability to work in office in Bhopal and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, job portals, and professional networking platforms.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ethical hiring practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
