Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and Generative AI programs across planning, execution, and adoption phases.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product, architecture, and business stakeholders.
- Own program governance, roadmap tracking, milestone management, risk mitigation, and budget oversight.
- Translate business requirements into delivery plans and ensure alignment with program objectives.
- Drive executive reporting, stakeholder communication, and delivery accountability across distributed teams.

Skills Required:





- 10+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Program Management or Technical Program Management.
- Solid technical program management experience leading complex AI or technology programs.
- Experience working with AI, machine learning, and Generative AI delivery environments.
- Ability to manage large-scale programs with clear milestones, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models with exposure to AI product development lifecycles.

Good to Have:
- Experience with AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, Azure OpenAI, OpenAI API, AWS AI Services, Google AI, Databricks, or MLflow.

Education: B.Tech graduates only.
