Role & responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison between Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain business teams and IT teams, ensuring alignment on SAP S/4HANA initiatives. Lead the design, development, implementation, and enhancement of SAP S/4HANA solutions while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and business requirements. Manage end-to-end SAP projects including planning, scoping, execution, testing, deployment, risk management, and stakeholder communication.

Drive projects using Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and ensure successful delivery within timelines. Evaluate business impact, ROI, and strategic value of SAP initiatives and provide regular executive-level reporting. Identify opportunities for process optimization across Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain functions.

Manage integrations between SAP S/4HANA modules and third-party applications. Develop KPIs, dashboards, and project status reports using tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Clarity PPM. Work with business users and technical teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and provide ongoing system support.

Ensure compliance with security standards, governance policies, and regulatory requirements.





Preferred candidate profile A candidate with 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, IT Project Management, or SAP Program Management within an SAP environment. Should possess strong SAP S/4HANA knowledge with exposure to Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or Supply Chain processes.

Experience managing large-scale SAP transformation, implementation, integration, and enhancement projects is highly preferred. The ideal candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into technical solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, functional consultants, developers, and leadership teams. Strong expertise in project governance, stakeholder management, risk management, Agile delivery, Jira, Confluence, and portfolio reporting is required.

PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP certifications are desirable. Exposure to SAP EWM, IBP, TM, PP-DS, SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or ABAP will be an added advantage. Prior experience in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume production environments would be a solid plus.
