Role: Technical Product Consultant

Location: Noida

Shift: Night Shift – 9 hours between 8 PM and 7 AM IST

Weekend/Holiday: Rotational coverage

Job SummaryAdobe is looking for a Technical Product Consultant to provide technical support to Digital Marketing customers through phone and email. The consultant will troubleshoot complex technical issues, manage customer cases within defined SLAs, investigate product bugs, and support Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers through telephone and email.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within defined SLAs.
- Log and maintain accurate customer support cases and interactions.
- Validate, investigate, and report customer-submitted product bugs.
- Educate customers on Digital Marketing products and technical solutions.
- Own customer cases end-to-end and coordinate with global teams.
- Identify recurring technical issues and communicate trends to relevant teams.
- Diagnose complex analytics implementation and integration issues.
- Support Adobe's large enterprise customers with scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain accurate product and technical documentation.
- Participate in special projects and contribute to team initiatives.
- Work during the assigned night shift and participate in rotational weekend/holiday coverage.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong HTML and JavaScript knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and database management.
- Strong understanding of REST and SOAP APIs.
- Knowledge of Web Services and API integrations.




- Experience with PHP and/or Perl.
- Knowledge of Tag Management / DTM.
- Understanding of Digital Marketing, Web Analytics, and Digital Analytics.
- Experience troubleshooting complex analytics implementations.
- Knowledge of Mobile and Video programming solutions.
- Practical understanding of jQuery, AngularJS, or other JavaScript frameworks.

Adobe Experience Cloud KnowledgeExperience with one or more of the following is preferred:
- Adobe Analytics
- Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
- Adobe Target
- Adobe Audience Manager
- Adobe Campaign
- Adobe Experience Cloud / Marketing Cloud solutions

Additional Skills
- Knowledge of Google, Tealium, Salesforce, or Pega technologies.
- Understanding of CRO, digital analytics, decisioning, campaign planning, creative, and UX.
- Ability to analyze large datasets and use statistical analysis to identify business problems.
- Experience working as a Product Owner, Technical Client Service Lead, or Solution Consultant is desirable.
- Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are an advantage.
