Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Tech Lead with extensive experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, along with strong knowledge of Auto Cloud or Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading technical projects, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce solutions, and mentoring junior team members. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
- Oversee the development and deployment of Salesforce applications, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies, and evaluate their applicability to our projects.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications effectively.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Mandatory Skills
- Solid expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud is a deal breaker.
- Proficient in Auto Cloud or Service Cloud.
- Experience in Salesforce architecture and design patterns.
- Solid understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
- Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Architect, Salesforce Developer).
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Knowledge of additional Salesforce products and services.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development and implementation.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a leadership role.
