We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Technical Lead .NET & AI Solutions to join our engineering team in Ahmedabad.

The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in .NET technologies, combined with practical knowledge of AI, Generative AI, and AI-powered application development. The candidate will play a key role in providing technical leadership across our .NET application development and AI Services, including solution architecture, technical design, development, code reviews, team mentoring, client discussions, and delivery.

Experience with Angular and React will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of enterprise applications using C#, .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Web API.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to .NET development teams.
- Define scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performing application architectures.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code reviews, technical assessments, and performance analysis.
- Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, clients, and development teams to understand requirements and define technical solutions.
- Lead the integration of AI and Generative AI capabilities into enterprise applications and business workflows.
- Design and guide development of AI-powered applications, AI Agents, RAG solutions, chatbots, automation workflows, and intelligent business solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and identify opportunities to incorporate them into client solutions.
- Support technical proposals, estimations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), solution architecture, and client presentations.
- Identify technical risks and provide appropriate solutions and recommendations.




- Establish and promote best practices for software architecture, development, testing, security, and deployment.
- Stay current with developments in .NET, Microsoft Azure, Generative AI, LLMs, and AI development tools.

Technical Skills Required

- Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET Core
- Solid experience in Angular/React (latest versions preferred)
- Experience with Web API / RESTful services
- Hands-on experience with SQL Server or other relational databases
- Experience with Entity Framework / Dapper
- Knowledge of Microservices architecture
- Experience with Git and version control systems
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environment
- Experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud services

AI & Modern Development Exposure

- Daily, active usage of AI coding assistants (must demonstrate in interview)

- GitHub Copilot
- Claude Code / Claude Cowork

- Understanding of AI-assisted code reviews, test generation, and productivity enhancement
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings, vector databases, and AI Agents.
- Experience with Agentic AI frameworks and technologies such as Microsoft Semantic Kernel, LangChain, LangGraph, Azure Open AI, Azure AI Foundry, OpenAI APIs or equivalent is preferred.
